Services
You’re successful—but something still feels off.
From the outside, your life may look put together. You’re driven, capable, and used to handling pressure. But internally, you might be dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating—no matter how much you achieve.
You don’t have to keep pushing through it alone.
Offering individual therapy services fostering a supportive, confidential space to explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Through one-on-one sessions, we will work collaboratively to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and navigate concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. The therapeutic process is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace, with a focus on fostering lasting change and emotional well-being.

Who I Work Best With
I work best with individuals who are looking for a supportive, grounded space to navigate anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or ongoing stress. Many of the people I work with are outwardly “high functioning” while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck.
This work is often a strong fit for those who are open to self-exploration, developing deeper insight, and engaging in a collaborative therapeutic process aimed at meaningful, lasting change.
Who May Benefit from a Different Approach
This approach may not be the best fit for those seeking highly structured, coaching-style sessions focused primarily on immediate solutions or and “immediate cure.” It may also not align well with individuals pursuing therapy primarily for court-related, evaluative, or forensic purposes.
In addition, this work tends to be most effective for those who are open to reflection, collaboration, and exploring patterns, emotions, and underlying experiences over time. If you are looking for a different therapeutic style or level of support, another provider or approach may better meet your needs.
