I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a concentration of social justice and advocacy. I have been providing services for 9 years in various settings. I have a wide range of experience in working with individuals ranging from 2 year olds to adults. I have worked with diverse populations including clients with intellectual disabilities, substance and alcohol disorders and emotional and mental health struggles.
I specialize in helping ambitious adults who struggle with high-functioning anxiety, depression, and trauma overcome their distress, fears, overthinking, and self-doubt. Together, we can explore and identify what is keeping you stuck and practice effective strategies that help you make positive change and gain freedom from your pain and struggles.
